The complaint was officially filed at Federal District Court in Delaware where Nokia claims that their patents were infringed by all Apple iPhone models since 2007. Nokia has been a known leader in GSM development and has actually invested over 40 billion EUROS on research and development, Other than GSM... Nokia has also authored the evolution of UMTS / 3G WCDMA as well as wireless LAN which is without question present in most Apple iPhone devices !.
